The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge's Pastry Chef will give a demonstration class on preparing homemade chocolates and truffles. Techniques will include molded chocolates, hand dipped chocolates using transfer sheets and classic hand rolled truffles. Wine and cheese will be served.
