I was a loyal costumer of this place, the mouthwatering crab cakes, the melt in your mouth lobster and i can't forget the scallops ummm. they were to die for, but that's all gone now to my surprise the food has become once again crap as it was went it first open. The desserts have always been world class never disappointing, actually the best that I have had in Charlotte. But even that who knows went that's going to change, the instability of this restaurant is so much that one server told me that the award-winning team that they're marketing is long gone, due to the way this establishment is being run. Sad that such a great new concept in Charlotte is slowly sinking to the ground, on Saturday nights you were welcomed by the pastry chef doing sugar showpieces, now you are welcomed by the new front of the house manager/ pastry chef in her chef jacket- not only due I find this unprofessional but very distasteful. Were are we? At a mom's and pop's DINER? I'm one less person they won't be serving their new mini crappy crab cakes that you can definitely tell are filled with bread crumbs. Can anyone tell me were those great chefs went so I can once again enjoy mouthwatering food with new surprises on my plate.
