The Harvey B. Gantt Center presents, Neal Jones' "The Evolution of Black Gospel Music" a gospel musical stage play July 20, 21, 22nd at the Blumenthal Booth Playhouse. Starring Grammy/Dove nominated & Stellar award winning family band, Forever Jones (He Wants It All). Experience this one-of-a-kind and vibrant walk through Gospel Music history woven together by compelling stories brought to life through music, dance, drama, song and media. Also featuring Tunisha Crispell, Matina Smalls, Kim Nawlins, Chris Spence, Ashley Simmons, Kevin Jones, Talibah Petway, Sherika Streeter and other great local Charlotte artists. LaTanya Johnson & Tiffany Mills choreography. Music by Reggie Graves and the band. VIP seats include goodie bag, backstage pass to meet the cast and light refreshments.Tickets for children 18 & under are free for the Friday, 11am performance.
