ROOTS Cooking Class: Fresh Pasta Making
Roots Cooking classes will show you how to be creative with fresh, local food in a variety of different dishes from appetizers to full course meals.Roots focuses on sourcing most all food from farmers in and around NC. Our classes are 2 hours long. In Fresh Pasta Making you will learn the basics of making pasta, how to create different cuts and shapes and how to effectively incorporate these into dishes. We will include how to make ravioli and the basics of fundamental sauces.
