The men's and women's tournaments are held simultaneously and their respectitive championship games on Saturday night.

3 Nights - Weekend Escapes Package Rates:
Single Occupancy - $775 per person
Double Occupancy - $400 per person
Triple Occupancy - $350 per person
Quad Occupancy - $300 per person
2 Nights - Weekend Escapes Package Rates:
Single Occupancy - $600 per person
Double Occupancy - $300 per person
Triple Occupancy - $275 per person
Quad Occupancy - $225 per person
Air Travel:
Air Travel is not included in your package; however for groups of 10 or more traveling on the same itinerary we can coordinate your flights with a $50 deposit.
Individual Travelers must pay for their flight in full at the time of booking.
Air travel services are only provided to clients purchasing a travel package from Personal Touch Travel.
Deposits & Payments (per person)
Early Bird Deposit (All Packages) $50 per person until 9/1/12
Regular Deposit (All Packages) $100 per person after 9/1/12 Monthly payment of at least $75 due by 15th of each month (50% of balance must be paid by 11/15/12)
Final payment due by January 15, 2013
Policies & Information:
All payments are non-refundable & non-transferrable due to contractual agreements with the hotel.
All payments received after due dates will incur a $50 service charge.
Event is capacity-controlled and may sell out quickly.
Hotel 6 miles from Time Warner Arena.
