YWCA is teaming up with natural food enthusiast, Elle Palmer, & Whole Foods distributor & Beverly’s Gourmet, Beverly McClaughlin. During the 4-wk program, participants learn how to navigate through the grocery store, participate in weekly pot luck dinners while hearing from exercise/nutrition professionals, & participate in a cooking class. Participants receive a 1-month YWCA fitness membership & private yoga class.
