On Wednesday December 3rd we went to Chima and had a wonderful experience. I first visited a Brazilian restuarant in Memphis Tn about three years ago and found the experience to be amazing, and have been looking for a restaurant to compare every since. We've visited two other Brazilian steakhouses one here in Charlotte and another at Myrtle Beach and neither gave us the experience we had in Memphis, that was until we had dinner at Chima! It was everything we had been looking for and runs a tie for first place in our book. It's a great restaurant!
