I have to strongly disagree with Helen Schwab's comment on the Village Bistro.
Since moving to Charlotte over a year ago my wife and I have eaten in many fine restaurants in the area. My favorite though, is the Village Bistro.
From the time you are greeted until the time you receive your check the dining experience is wonderful.
The menu prepared by Chef Andrew Morales is exceptional. The varied apetizers and full dinner menu is one of the best in Charlotte. I have tried every entre they serve and couldn't be more satisfied.
Andrew is a true asset to the
Bistro and defines the term "professional" when it comes to being a chef.
As far as Janet Murray and her staff go, We could never say enough about their unyeilding desire to meet or exceed the expectations of every guest seated in the establishment.
Thank you Village Bistro for always making our dining experience a memorable one.
