The Q stands for Quality

I'm so glad to have found a real hidden gem in the Galleria. I'll admit I found some of the menu items strange for an all day breakfast diner but I got way more flavor & quality than I ever would've expected. I went for the chicken & waffles while my wife had BLFGT (BLT w/ Fried Green Tomatoes) & all I can say is "Wow!" The boneless chicken fried chicken was fresh, tender, & juicy - not the prepackaged stuff you would get at Cracker Barrel & even better than Zaxby's or Chik-Fil-A IMO. My wife's BLFGT was crisp & flavorful with an abundance of bacon. I will definitely be back & highly recommend.
