Even though Amici's has only been open just over a year it has become my favorite go to place! I really cannot say enough good things about this place. The food is always excellent and wait staff is always friendly. It might take a few extra minutes to get your food but it's because they are making it from scratch. They don't have it sitting under some heater. The pizza is the best you will find in the area! Everything from the dough to the sauce is homemade and it shows in the taste. You can't get this type of food from your fast order pizza joints. The wings actually have meat on them and the cheese sticks have real cheese not the hard stuff some places use. Their salads are always fresh and the dressings are homemade. The sandwiches are HUGE! We have yet to finish one whole. The homemade penne pasta is amazing. And you won't find a better homemade cheesecake in the area! Friday and Saturday nights are live local band nights at no cover. It makes for a great night out on the town! It's always kept nice and clean which is hard to find in a bar. Absolutely the best in the area!
I was able to take four friends to enjoy a lunch and we were all very impressed with the food and service. Everyone had excellent meals from individual pizza down to my subsandwich. In fact there was so much sandwich I enjoyed my left overs later for dinner that evening. We found the service to be very personable and we even had the privilege of meeting one of the owners. I'm down in this area on vacation from Michigan and I will have many more stops here to enjoy the live music that I understand they have on weekends. Great place - try it out you won't regret it!!!!!
The pizza is excellent. Philly cheesesteak was average at best. Mostly mushrooms, not much meat. Service was not good. Get the pizza to go and you will be fine.
