Join us at the Fort Mill Ymca on Saturday, March 2 for a morning of fitness and fun! First, come get your groove on and burn some serious calories at the Hip Hop Explosion from 9am-10:30am. Next, take a deep breath, find your peaceful spirit and inner strength as you move through a Soulful Yoga class from 10:45am-12noon. This three hour event is to benefit the Upper Palmetto Ymca Financial Assistance Campaign. Register at the Fort Mill Ymca or online www.upymca.org
