The Peruvian food is really good. I have had the pork & chicken plates - very nice. Fried plantains - yum! Good service & nice prices. Can't wait to explore the rest of the menu. You should should go to this one!
I am a Peruvian. The food here is pretty good, but the service on the other hand is horrendous! I have never experienced such poor customer service at a restaurant. The service is slow. The management does not respond to concerns and does not make customers feel welcome. I enjoy going out for Peruvian food, but I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.
I admit I was a little hesitant to eat in a Peruvian restaurant. (Visions of guinea pigs ran through my head!) Fortunately, I was able to work past my ignorance! Genaro's serves wonderfully prepared meals at a bargain price. I am now a regular!

After getting an enthusiastic e-mail, I made the trip to Genaro's. Unfamiliar with the Indian Trail area, I had to hunt to find the place, but it was a worthwhile search.
