A Tenebrae Service will be held at Rehobeth UMC in the sanctuary on Good Friday March 29 at 8pm.
The service of Tenebrae (or darkness) dates back to the 7th or 8th century recognizing the crucifixion of Christ and is characterized by the successive extinguishing of candles as the service. Everyone is invited.
