After a young, middle class couple moves into what seems like a typical suburban "starter" tract house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may or may not be somehow demonic but is certainly most active in the middle of the night.

Wait for it to come out on DVD, save the money and skip to the last 30 minutes.
It's not even close to being the "scariest movie produced" and honestly would like to get my money back!
Commend the fact it was shot on a $3000 sony camera, its slow in the beginning and not really scary.
The first half of the movie was somewhat slow- not enough scary moments. The second half (especially the ending) finally got my attention and made the movie worth seeing. Good acting, dialog and story. I didn't like the setting (upper-class, sunny, suburban, san-diego simply wasn't spooky)and there were missed opportunities to scare. However, the few frightening moments and ending delivered as advertised.
