Iredell Health System's Community Wellness Department will be providing community health screenings on Friday, December 11, 2009 from 7:30am-9:00am at the Statesville YMCA in Statesville, NC (828 Wesley Drive). Screenings include cholesterol screenings, blood glucose checks, and stroke risk assessments.
Blood glucose checks and stroke risks assessments are free, however, there is a $10 fee for a complete cholesterol screening and fasting is required.
