I can only compare to last years event, but we were really disappointed in this year’s event. It seemed like Disney tried to get out as cheap as possible. There were very few props and an occasional “special effect”. There were several parts that were very slow and could not hold the attention of the kids in the crowd. There were no “silly” moments for the kids to enjoy. It seemed way too serious overall. I think the most disappointing part was at the end when they do the Christmas act and everyone is anticipating on Santa coming out and he never does. I guess they didn’t want to steal the spotlight from Mickey. Hopefully Disney will remember that this is for little kids and make next years show more interactive and silly.
