6th Annual Sweet Escapes

Benefit/Fundraiser
Over 500 pounds of chocolate. Need we say more? If so, we might mention hors d'oeuvres, beer and wine, live music, and a silent auction. This is our 6th Annual Sweet Escapes Event and we are THRILLED to share that again, Sweet Escapes will be held at The Mint Museum on Randolph Road. Of course, the main attraction is raising money to help homeless families, and those struggling to afford housing and to be financially empowered. In 2016, thanks to amazing sponsors and donors (like you!), last year we raised over $130,000 for our homeless to housing program, our highest amount yet! We’re also excited this year to have a new culinary partner, the Piedmont Culinary Guild. This is an invitation-only group of the best restaurateurs, chefs, farmers, and food professionals in the region. Their mission is to build our local food economy. Sponsorships are still available, please contact Jessica Otto at jotto@communitylinknc.org.
