Jessica Lea Mayfield

Alternative, Folk, Rock
She's country. She's indie rock. She's folk. She’s soul. She's all of them and none of them. Jessica Lea Mayfield's sweet sound has been at once haunting and soothing, a blend of different styles that she dubs "alt. music." Her 2015 album of Elliott Smith Covers, performed with Seth Avett, won praise from NPR's Bob Boilen. She came to wide public notice in 2007, when she was heard singing "Things Ain't Like They Used to Be." on The Black Keys' album "Attack and Release." She has also recorded a grunge-alternative rock album, "Make My Head Sing," which came out in 2014.

Casey Abrams

Rock, Folk, Alternative
Like the Depression-era Tramp Artists who created unique works of art from found and cast-off objects, songwriter Casey Abrams crafts inspired, uncategorizable songs from a hundred years-worth of records, books and various what-have-yous found in dusty attics and roadside shops. His sophisticated songs have their roots in Americana, jazz, and the classic singer-songwriter tradition. The idiosyncratic performer is known for infusing ragtime, folk, country blues fingerpicking and jazz chops into a repertoire that ranges from Fats Waller to ELO, and from Stephen Foster to Todd Rundgren. He was also a finalist on "American Idol."

Broken Social Scene

Rock
If there’s ever been a definition of what a supergroup is, Broken Social Scene surely fits the bill. The 15 plus members credited in the band also contribute to numerous other successful bands or solo projects, including: Feist, Metric, Apostle of Hustle, Do Make Say Think, Jason Collett, American Analog Set, and Stars, just to name a few. BSS is well known for an almost chaotic composition of music influenced by the eclectic backgrounds of the musicians, but to most the soundscape they create is nothing short of masterful, beautiful, and fun. Wishbone Ash

Rock
Wishbone Ash was one of England's most popular hard rock bands during the 1970s. The famous twin lead attack that is Wishbone Ash’s trademark has never sounded better. Three decades have yielded much history and many albums, from the band’s eponymous first release to 'Bona Fide.' Renowned as the pioneers of a melodic twin-lead guitar style that has influenced many bands, such as Thin Lizzy and Iron Maiden, Wishbone Ash holds a seminal place in the genre of Classic Rock.
